'French Essence' is one of the three I've taken to putting within easy reach for houseguests (we have a lot, on a regular basis, and they stay at Herve's house….a 2 minute walk from my front door). Not entirely incidentally?….this is a house all-too-filled (believe me, there are TOO MANY) with books. As you have cause to know, I'm already quite familiar with the book. Now, that IS exciting news (I've been wanting to buy the book as a Christmas gift for American friends), and I'll promptly trot my tail over to to write a reader's review.
